A Pocket Card is not a worksheet
After Framework you can keep a fixed printable cue - something holdable in the moment, not a binder of homework.
Training products love worksheets. Fill the blank. Rate yourself. Print twelve pages you will never look at when the real conversation starts.
TCP's Pocket Card is a different object.
Every protocol teaches a framework in plain language. After that desk, you can collect a Pocket Card: a short, fixed face for the moves that matter in that protocol. It is meant to be glanceable - in a pocket, on a desk, or on a phone photo - when the moment arrives.
It is not a graded assignment. It is not a journal prompt pack. It is not a certificate. It is not a personality summary.
A fixed printable cue you can hold - not a binder of homework.
Why "fixed" matters
If the card rewrites itself every week to stay "engaging," it stops being a cue and becomes another feed. The point of a Pocket Card is recognition under pressure: the same few holds you already learned, available when your mind is busy.
Framework makes the model thinkable. The card makes it portable. Action Studio then asks for one real plan. Practice asks for life. The card does not replace any of those stages - it supports them.
A worksheet tries to extend desk time. A Pocket Card tries to survive the moment desk time cannot reach.
What a beautiful card still cannot prove
A printed cue does not prove change. Only real attempts, logged honestly, can grow evidence later. The Pocket Card is chrome for memory, not a scoreboard.
If you have been burned by course binders that never left the folder, read why TCP looks like training. To see the full loop the card belongs to, open how it works.
