What TCP is

The Communication Protocol (TCP) at tcplearn.com is an educational platform for practicing communication in real situations. It is a self-development product. It is not therapy, medical care, psychological diagnosis, or crisis support. It does not claim to measure who you are.

Your account

You need an account to learn on TCP. Accounts are open to every age group. If you are under 13, TCP asks for an optional guardian or mentor email. If you are under 18, TCP may also ask for an optional parent, guardian, or mentor email, and sends that person a one-time courtesy notice when an email is provided. Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Free and paid access

Your first protocol's Story, Starting Point, and The Method are free. Action Plan, activities, Progress Check, reports, and the wider protocol library require a paid plan: a monthly plan at $14.99 a month, a 90-day plan at $29.99 for 3 months, or a yearly plan at $79.99 for 12 months. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for new purchases. A change does not alter a plan you have already bought.

Payments and cancellation

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. They handle the transaction, taxes, and receipts under their own terms. You can cancel a recurring plan at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. If something went wrong with a purchase, write to TCP and the team will take it up with Lemon Squeezy's refund process.

Honest use

TCP works because the records are honest. You must not try to break, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform. You must not resell access, and you must not upload unlawful or harmful content through forms or support.

Your content and records

What you write into TCP stays yours. That includes your answers, plans, practice logs, and reflections. You give TCP a limited right to store and process those records so the product can work for you. TCP does not sell them, and TCP does not use them for advertising.

TCP's content

Protocol stories, frameworks, cards, and the platform design are TCP's intellectual property. Personal, non-commercial use is allowed. The printable Pocket Cards are yours to print and keep.

Leaving

You can stop at any time. On request through support, TCP deletes your account and its learner records, or gives them to you as an export first. The Privacy Policy explains that export.

Liability

TCP is provided as it is. The team works carefully. TCP does not promise uninterrupted service, and TCP does not promise a particular result in your life. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, TCP tells you by email or in the app before the change takes effect. The governing law is the law of the operator's country of establishment.
