Terms of Service

1. What TCP is The Communication Protocol ("TCP", "we") at tcplearn.com is an educational platform for practicing real-world communication skills. It is a self-development product. It is not therapy, medical care, psychological diagnosis, or crisis support, and it never claims to measure who you are. 2. Your account You need an account to learn on TCP. Accounts are open to every age group. If you are under 13, we ask for an optional guardian or mentor email. If you are under 18, we may also ask for an optional parent, guardian, or mentor email and send that person a one-time courtesy notice when an email is provided. Keep your login private; you are responsible for activity on your account. 3. Free and paid access Your first protocol's Story, Starting Point, and Framework stages are free. Everything beyond that - Action Studio, Practice, Progress Check, reports, and the wider protocol library - requires a paid plan: a monthly plan ($14.99/month), a 90-day plan ($29.99 for 3 months), or a yearly plan ($79.99 for 12 months). Prices are shown at checkout and may change for new purchases; a change never silently alters what you already bought. 4. Payments and cancellation Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They handle the transaction, taxes, and receipts under their own terms. You can cancel a recurring plan at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. If something went wrong with a purchase, write to us and we will sort it out with Lemon Squeezy's refund process. 5. Honest-use rules TCP works because the records are honest. Don't misuse the platform: no attempts to break, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer it, no reselling access, and no uploading unlawful or harmful content through forms or support. 6. Your content and records What you write into TCP - answers, plans, practice logs, reflections - stays yours. You give us the limited right to store and process it so the product can work for you. We never sell it or use it for advertising. 7. Our content Protocol stories, frameworks, cards, and platform design are TCP's intellectual property. Personal, non-commercial use only - the printable Pocket Cards are yours to print and keep for yourself. 8. Leaving You can stop anytime. On request through support we delete your account and its learner records, or hand them to you as an export first (see the Privacy Policy). 9. Liability TCP is provided "as is". We work carefully, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service or specific real-life outcomes - real life is yours. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. 10. Changes If these terms change in a way that matters, we tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. The governing law is the law of the operator's country of establishment.
