What each part of the path collects

Starting Point collects the answers you give at the start of a protocol.

The Method collects the choices you make there and the lines you write.

Action collects the plan you set, including the wish, the steps, and the program you choose.

The practice after Action collects what you record about trying it: logs, reflections, and any voice, photo, or video you add.

Account basics sit with those records: email, an optional name, birth date for the age check, country, timezone, and settings such as the daily reminder.

What the records are used for

Your answers stay in your account. They are not public. TCP uses them to run the product, to improve the app, and to improve your experience.

TCP does not sell these records, and TCP does not use them for advertising. They are not shown to other people on TCP. Payment status is stored so TCP knows which plan is active. Card details stay with the payment provider and do not reach TCP's servers.

Who processes data for TCP

Supabase stores the database, sign-in, and files. Vercel hosts the app. Resend sends account email. Lemon Squeezy handles payments as the merchant of record. Google handles Google sign-in when you choose it. Google's Gemini service also writes the replies from Sparky, the in-app helper. When you ask Sparky something, it receives your question, the earlier messages in that conversation, the page you are on, and which steps you have finished. Each one receives only what its job needs.

Email

TCP sends account email, such as a welcome and a verification message, a few reminders about an unfinished protocol, an optional daily practice reminder that stays off until you turn it on, and replies to your support messages.

Learners under 18

Accounts are open to every age group. If you are under 13, TCP asks for an optional guardian or mentor email. If you are under 18, TCP may ask for an optional parent, guardian, or mentor email. That address receives one courtesy notice when it is provided, and it is stored only for that record.

Cookies

TCP uses the cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights

Ask through support, or write to info@tcplearn.com. TCP will export your data as JSON, or delete your account and its learner records, including the learning history.

How long records stay

An active account keeps its records so your report can show the history. A deleted account is removed from production systems within 30 days, allowing for backup rotation.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, TCP tells you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
