Feel it
A short, true-to-life story. No theory yet - you feel the moment first so the rest of the loop lands on something real.
Learn phase You meet the human problem through a story, mark an honest starting point (no total score), and learn a framework you can hold. After Framework you collect a Pocket Card - a fixed printable cue, not a worksheet.
Prepare In Action Studio you build one specific, feasible plan for a real context. Rehearsal is optional. Payment unlocks this path when you are ready.
After-learn Session Report shows exactly what that Learn session produced. Practice logs real moments - caught, missed, partial, or honest not-sure. Progress Check repeats your Starting Point items only after real eligibility. Living Report appends history; it never rewrites the past to flatter you.
