    One capability, one protocol

    You are never asked to become vaguely “better at communication.” Each protocol names a problem, a framework, and a practice family. Scope stays clear.

    Self-view is not a score

    Starting Point and Progress Check use the same five items. Answers stay descriptive. There is no total, no diagnosis, no prediction of who you are.

    Practice is the act

    Planning and imagining are prepare. A genuine attempt is a real cue-linked moment in life. Partial attempts and honest misses are valid. Reactions from others never gate whether it counted.

    Living history, append-only

    Session Report freezes what Learn produced. Living Report aggregates what came after. Corrections append. Nothing rewrites yesterday to look cleaner.
